At Classic Nest Retail, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Returns & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any included items.
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or an unwanted item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.
